This is an office renovation project for a dentistry instruments company. The room is designed to host a multitude of activities, from internal meetings, sales meetings with potential clients, to relaxation and communication space for employees. The space has 3 distinct areas, all having different floor height. The fabric design is by Kawai Ruka, a designer of Issei Miyake. The name “FukuRaume” is a mixture of the word “Fukuramu” and “”Raume”, that conveys the meaning of “A room that expands ideas and creativity”.
